By accepting Gift Aid, you allow National Deaf Children's Society to claim back the tax you have paid against all your gifts made in the last four years and any future gifts you may make to the National Deaf Children's Society. If you say yes to Gift Aid, then inform the National Deaf Children’s Society if you want to cancel this declaration or change your name or address, or you no longer pay sufficient tax. If you pay less Income Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
